Registration types and fees

**Take the opportunity to perform SERGS robotic certification during the congress!

Enjoy your coming to Milan to train on two simulators, and get your SERGS 2018 certification.

3 hours of exercises on two different simulators, 2 times one hour of training and one hour of the certification.

• Official VAT 22% is included in the registration fees.

• *Residents / Fellows / Trainees / Nurses must submit a statement signed by their Head of Department or a proof of their status on site at the registration desk.

• All participants and attendants must be registered. The above registration fees include entrance to the scientific meetings and exhibition area, congress bag, final program, name badge, coffee breaks and lunches at the congress venue.

• All registrations are confirmed upon full payment of the registration fees. You can finalize your registration via the online Registration System by online credit card payment or bank transfer. If case you pay by a bank transfer, please send the receipt of payment to the congress secretariat via e-mail  in order to get confirmation of the registration.

• First come, first served basis will be applied for pre-congress workshop registrations. The registration for courses will only be accepted upon vacancy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• All cancellations will be valid if notified in writing to the organization secretariat at sergs2018@mzcongressi.com.
• For cancellations received until June 30, 2018 a penalty fee of 20 euros will be applied.
• From July 1 until August 31, 2018 50% of total amount cancelled will be charged as penalty fee.
• From September 1, 2018 onwards, no cancellation will be accepted and there will be no refunds.
• All refunds will be processed within one month after the congress.
